We collect only the information necessary to serve you effectively, improve this website, and deliver our coaching services.

a. Information you provide directly

  • When you book a session or fill out a contact form (name, email, message).

  • When you download a free resource or join an email list (name and email).

  • When you make a payment (processed securely via Stripe or Squarespace Payments — we do not store card details).

b. Information collected automatically

  • Cookies and analytics data (pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device type).
    This helps us understand what content is useful and how visitors interact with our website.

We do not collect or store sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily share it during coaching (and that is always treated as confidential).

  • Send requested materials (e.g. guides, meditations, or newsletters).

  • Client session notes: stored securely and deleted upon request or within 24 months after coaching completion.

  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 26 months (aggregated and anonymized).

  • Request correction or deletion.

  • Withdraw consent at any time.

  • Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet in Norway).

Access to personal data is limited to Coach Lars Olav and authorized assistants under confidentiality agreements.

  • Acuity Scheduling – appointment booking

Meta Lead Ads and Coaching Applications

When you submit an application through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or communicate with us through Messenger, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and telephone number

  • Your selected coaching goals

  • Your written answers about the changes you wish to achieve

  • Your readiness to attend a consultation and consider paid coaching

  • Relevant communication between you and Coach Lars Olav

We use this information to:

  • Review your application

  • Determine whether a transformation analysis may be suitable

  • Contact you about the application

  • Arrange and remind you about an agreed consultation

  • Provide information about our coaching services when relevant

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to general marketing unless you provide separate consent.

Lead information may initially be processed through Meta Platforms and subsequently stored in the systems we use to manage inquiries and appointments. Meta processes information according to its own privacy policy.

Application information is normally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is necessary because you become a client, request continued contact, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive personal information through a Meta lead form. Information shared during an agreed coaching relationship is handled separately and confidentially.
